Malam itu sejurus sahaja selesai aku menunaikan solat Isya' berjemaah bersama dengan isteriku, aku terus masuk tidur. Entah mengapa aku terasa begitu mengantuk dan berat mata. Mungkin keletihan akibat dipejabat.
Alhamdulillah, Allah lagi berkuasa melindungi dia daripadaku.
Ya Allah lindungilah kami sekeluarga. Amin...

Zikrul Maut
Setiap kali aku memikirkan tentang kematianku, aku menjadi lemah dan berputus asa. Bagaimana mungkin aku dapat melepasinya dengan mudah. Hidupku bergelumang dosa.
Mataku pantang melihat gadis-gadis muda. Sekarang ni tau sajalah, pakaian diorang ni. Aduh, mau tak luruh iman aku. Perempuan memang lah, kalau baca entry aku ni, mau diorang cop aku ni gatal. Blah lah, korang apa tau, korang bukan lelaki.
Aku mengaku aku lemah. Moga Allah mengampuni dosa mataku.
Dosa mulut; Ini memang dosa favret ramai orang termasuk aku. Aku ni kalau bab mengata orang; Fuh! Memang terer. Walau pun selalu juga aku ingatkan diriku yang manusia memang tidak sempurna. Mesti ada keburukan termasuklah aku. So, belajar lah menerima keburukan orang lain.
Aduh, telinga nih pun satu hal. Suka mendengar kataan. Pantang kalau yang buruk tu lah yang nak dengar. Padahal belum tentu betul. Ai... telinga-telinga.
Dosa tangan, bila berbuat kejahatan dengan tangan. Aku masih ingat lagi insiden aku mencuri RM5 dari seorang kawan masa aku sekolah menengah dulu. Masa tu; entah kenapa? Aku pun masih musykil. kenapa aku curi duit kawan aku tu. Padahal, dok sekolah asrama bukan tak disediakan makan! Apalah aku nih.
Aku pernah terserempak dengan kawan aku tu, beberapa tahun lepas. terlintas aku nak bayar. Tapi entah mengapa aku rasa macam malu pulak.
Masa aku matriks dulu, dia memang public enemy no.1 aku. Sebab dia, dia malukan aku depan gadis idaman aku. Aku ni ada kelemahan skit. PANTANG NO. 1: DIMALUKAN DI KHALAYAK RAMAI. OOO.. pantang. Aku paling tak suka. Itu pasal aku paling tak suka memalukan orang depan khalayak ramai. Dah la tu depan gadis pujaan aku lak tu! LAGI LAH!!
Aku dah tak mau dah nak sakit-sakit hati dah kat orang. Buat menyakitkan hati aku je.
Bagi aku, biarlah tuhan je yang balas, kalau ada orang yang menyakitkan hati aku. Pasal pembalasan aku cuma kat dunia je. Tuhan; sampai akhirat, beb!! Fuh! Lagi lah depan sekalian manusia akan dimalukan. Aduh!! Lagi malu!!
Sekian kali bebelan aku petang ni. Nak balik...

I'M SORRY Pak Lah
I've been looking at my entries since the time Pak Lah decided to increase the petrol price in Malaysia and found out that it was full of anger and hatred for this old man. I just realised that what ever I've said to him is wrong. So, today I want to declared that I forgave him and I publicly apologise to Pak Lah for all the bad mouthing.
Why?
Well, one thing, I am following the path of my holy prophet Muhammad SAW through the lane of Saidina Abu Bakr RA, and my words and actions does seems to coincide with the path that I chose to follow. In fact if I go on with this attitude; then I will never achieve my goal.
Pak Lah I'm SORRY.
I know that everything that happens in this word has its architect. And I as if forgotten that the architect is Allah. And what ever that Allah did, he did it for our benefit. Good or bad. He is the Master of the Universe (not He-Man). He created us. Everything that is bad, he created it to become example to the ones that He loves. As an example, as a means to compare; I mean how do we know of night if Allah didn't created daylight? How do we know a moslem, if there is no kaffir? How do we know right if there is no wrong.
I realised this and pray to Allah not to make me into an example for the moslem. But rather the light that shows the way. Not the judge that condemns everyone nor categorise people. I pray to Allah to make me into a lantern that beacons everyone to Him. Or the least that I really want is to be Allah's favorite. Pray that my heart is fill to the brim with the love for Allah alone. Lips that is always wet with praises for Him. And a mind that always thinks about him; like some lover that is long to see his love.
I think I stop here.

Next!
At 530pm, Pak Lah had announced that he will not be defending the Presiden's seat on the next Umno GA. Finally, for the few times in his term he had meet his words. Finally, he began to be true to his words. But it's rather too late. I wish he was a man of his word ever since he took up the Umno presidenship.
Still, even thought it is quiet relieving to see him go, I'm still am concern for his successor. I was hoping that DS Mahyudin will be the next PM and not DS Najib. Frankly speaking, Najib is more ruthless then Tun Dr. M. He will swooped down on his enemies like a hawk. Yes, i personally think that more opposition party MP will end up behind bars of ISA. He will launch the 2nd Ops Lalang. You guys will sorry you didn't threw everything you've to take over the government when you've got the chance.
Now, the opposition party will be facing DS Najib. Oh! He will the one that will be driving the nails to shut you guy's coffin. Trust me, he will. The day he bacame PM dark days had come for the opposition. Anwar, prepare for a bloody battle. Najib aint as easy as Pak Lah.

It's not all about PL
This is an article that really interest me.

1.0 Lies
When you are lied to the first time, you tend to get upset because you have been lied to. When you are lied to by the same party many times, you would not only get even more upset and angry but you would also develop a sense of distrust of the lying party. However, what is even more upsetting than continuous lies would be lies which are so stupid and so unbelievably astounding that it is a gross insult for the perpetrator to actually think that his or her lie will be believed by us.
The audacity with which the current government is lying to the people would make the ruse involving a certain wooden horse pregnant with soldiers in its belly seems meek, if not downright tame and uninventive. "Bersih rally by 4000 people", screamed the government gazettes last year. It was of course a blatant lie. When the whole world could see the truth from photographs splashed all over the internet, one began not to get upset only by the fact that they have been lied to but also from the audacity of it all. It prompted me to write and send this letter. It of course did not get to see the light of day.
"I don't have anything to do with Jean", said the PM. He of course married her not too long after that. "I am not going to dissolve the Parliament", again, said the PM. The very next day, when the ink on the newspaper quoting him saying so was barely dry, he dissolved the Parliament. Malaysia holds many world records, among which, the longest ikan bakar grill in the Milky Way. Add to that is the fastest time in which a major newspaper headline is proven untrue or incorrect.
The latest is of course the lie about the trip to Taiwan and Macau being a trip arranged for the Barisan Nasional's MPs to learn about agriculture in order to enable them to better argue and debate the budget in Parliament! Why don't they just say that the trip was arranged to enable the BN MPs to visit a UFO site where aliens with solution for our racial integration problems; budget deficit; inter-faith issues; incompetent Judges; corrupt politicians and civil service and men with small dick had landed? It would easier for all of us to swallow.
1.1 Maths and Science - to English or not to English
No less than Khairy Jamaluddin has critisised the "half-baked" (to borrow his own words) policy of improving the standard of English among Malaysian students by teaching Maths and Science subjects in English. I don't really know what motivates him for doing so but the odd thing is he now seems to be critisising his superior in UMNO Youth. As we all know, that policy was mooted and implemented by the current Education Minister, Hishamuddin Hussein who is of course the Youth movement's chief. So, is this a sign of a sudden surge of intellectualism within UMNO Youth or is it some kind of a political posturing or both, one wonders?
Be that as it may, I have been saying all these while that that policy is not half baked but it is actually baked in an electric oven without the mains switch being switched on. Just imagine a 14 year old students in Form 2. For 8 years of his life he has been learning Maths and Science in Bahasa Malaysia. "Add" means "campur" to him. So does "fraction" mean "pecahan". His English is not good. Suddenly they teach those subject in English. How does that help him to improve his English? And we have not even begun to talk about the teachers. These teachers were all from Bahasa Malaysia school. They themselves were taught Maths and Science in Bahasa Malaysia. They were trained in Bahasa Malaysia. And one day, they woke up, brushed their teeth, took a bath, went to school and they had to teach these subjects in English. You don't have to graduate from Oxford to know that that policy will not work! In fact, it is a burden on the students and teachers alike.
The problem with this government is its inability to grasp a problem, analise it and come up with a holistic solution for it. It is so used to sweeping things under the carpet so much so that when it is confronted with problems, it's knee jerk reaction would be to come up with stop gap measures. In other words, it knows next to nuts about governing!
Dear Ministers, please read this. I am no expert in education but I think I am blessed with a slightly clearer head than all of you put together. The low standard of English among our students is a product of a wrong education policy which started in early 1970s. That was the era when the then government suddenly thought that efforts must be made to "mendaulatkan Bahasa Melayu/Kebangsaan/Malaysia/Baku/Kebangsaan and back to Melayu" again. Lets not go into the rationale for that policy. Lets just accept the fact that the result of that policy is that most students - and even graduates - nowadays can't even construct a decent sentence in English. Students did not just wake up one morning and found out that they could not speak English. It was a rapid evolution, if ever there was one. (Well, it could be a slow revolution, if you want to be argumentative).
A holistic approach towards solving this problem would be to start all over again. There is no fast cure -nip-in-the-bud kind of solution. So, what needed to be done was to start training teachers to teach whatever subject in English. Lets say we start doing so next year. It takes 3 years to train the teachers. So, 3 years from then, we would have to start teaching whatever subjects in English and make English more prominent in the curriculum from the standard 1 intake of that year, namely, 2012. Than we continue doing so until the whole system is filled with such curriculum. That is how we should do it.
Mr Prime Minister, you asked the people to work with you. Here I am. I had just done so. When will I be invited for tea?
1.2 The Unholy Trinity
Of all the news this week, this takes the cake. Muhyidin Yasin, a vice-President of UMNO, has managed to persuade Dr Mahathir to rejoin UMNO. Just how much persuasion did Dr Mahathir, the has-been of UMNO, who had left UMNO 3 months ago in disgust over the ineptitude of the Prime Minister cum current chief-in-command of UMNO and who vowed to never return to UMNO as long as the Prime Minister remains as such, need? Did Muhyiddin have to cry like Rafidah Aziz when Dr Mahathir announced that he had wanted to resign on stage before? Or was Dr Mahathir tied up, beaten like Anwar Ibrahim while he was in detention in 1997 and forced to submission? Or was it all it takes was a simple pact involving Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah challenging Abdullah Ahmad for the UMNO presidency and Muhyiddin challenging Najib Razak for the number 2 spot this December? That's all? Or is there more? Something like Dr Mahathir becoming some sort of a Minister Mentor or puppet master or whatever?
Dr Mahathir Mohamad. I just love that name. I love that name in the same vein I do the name Mawi. Or George Bush. Oh, Mugabe too. This is the guy who wrote a really rude letter to Tengku Abdul Rahman in 1969 after the 13th May riot. He was then sacked from UMNO. Then he rejoined. IN 1987, he was challenged for the UMNO Presidency by non other than Tengku Razaleigh. He won by a mere 46 votes (if memory serves me right). 12 UMNO members (later reduced to 11 as one withdrew) brought a court action challenging the validity of the voting process as there were representatives from unapproved divisions attending and voting. The younger generation now do not actually know what happened in Court in that UMNO 11 action. Let me tell you what actually happened. You can make up your own mind whether Dr Mahathir loves UMNO, as he says he does, or whether he is just in love with himself. What I am about to tell here are facts, nothing but facts.
The UMNO 11 action was never aimed at obtaining a Court order to declare UMNO illegal. Remember that. The UMNO 11 were just asking the Court to declare the voting process invalid because of the above reason. That was all. The order to declare UMNO illegal was never asked for by the UMNO 11. The UMNO 11 were represented by Raja Aziz Addruse, if I am not mistaken. Dr Mahathir's camp was represented, among others, by Gopal Sri Ram, who was then a practising lawyer. Now he is a Court of Appeal Judge. During the hearing, it was agreed by both sides that there were in fact representatives from unapproved divisions attending the assembly and voting. Under the law, societies, such as UMNO, must be registered. Not only that, the societies' branches or divisions must also be approved by the Registrar of Societies before they could be established. And UMNO at that time had several divisions which were unapproved.
If unapproved branches or divisions existed, the Societies Act provide that not only the unapproved branches or divisions shall be illegal, the society itself shall be illegal. This ridiculous law was enacted by the BN government than to catch PAS, which was known to have many unapproved branches. So, during the hearing, suddenly, and out of the blue, Gopal Sri Ram submitted that UMNO was illegal! It was not Raja Aziz Addruse or the UMNO 11 who said so but it was the lawyer acting for Dr Mahathir's camp who said so! That lawyer must have instruction to say so or otherwise he couldn't have said so.
Raja Aziz was caught by surprise with that submission. I vividly remember he was reportedly saying in the newspaper that that was a "kamikaze defence"! He then reminded the Court that he wasn't asking for UMNO to be declared illegal. But the Court declared UMNO illegal instead. Dr Mahathir, in all his speeches and writings have always blamed the UMNO 11 for causing it to be declared illegal. But it was Counsel acting for his side who submitted that point to the Judge. And it was through his sheer negligence that unapproved UMNO branches/divisions existed and were permitted to send delegates to the assembly to vote.
Who destroyed UMNO? You tell me.
All Dr Mahathir cared about is himself and his position as the Supreme chief of UMNO, Barisan Nasional and Malaysia. After UMNO was declared illegal, Tengku Abdul Rahman, Rais Yatim (if I am not mistaken) etc out of their love for the party formed a new party called UMNO Malaysia. Of course, the registration of this new party was strangely blocked by the Registrar of Society. The registry comes under the Home Ministry and it does not take any imagination to guess who the Home Minister was at that time. After that, Dr Mahathir formed UMNO Baru and he managed to register it. Strange. The earlier one was rejected and unapproved but the later one was accepted. Funny? Well, you make up your own mind.
Then Dr Mahathir passed a new law which says a new party with a certain percentage of members from an old party can retain the old party's name. Hahah...and so UMNO Baru was back to UMNO. Meanwhile, the rejection of UMNO Malaysia became a Court case. And Dr Mahathir fought that case as if his life depended on it. If he loved UMNO so much, why didn't he work together with Tengku Abdul Rahman, the Father of Malaysia to re-establish the real UMNO? You tell me.
Then he changed UMNO's constitution to make it real difficult for anybody to run for the office of President or Vice-President against the incumbent. This, according to him, was to make sure that only serious contenders would run for such office. Like, wow!
The rest, as they say, is history. Before he retired, he handpicked Abdullah Badawi, in the true tradition of UMNO, the passing-the-baton adat. He thought Abdullah Ahmad would be submissive to him and his ilk. He thought Abdullah Ahmad was a meek lackey who would yield to his whims and fancies. Little did he know what was to come. Now UMNO has lost all credibility and is destined for extinction. Who caused it? You tell me.
He now admitted that it was a mistake for him to pass the baton to Abdullah Ahmad. He asked people to oust him from UMNO. When that did not yield result, he left UMNO hoping many others would revolt and follow him. As it turned out, only one of his son and his wife, and Sanusi Junid followed him. Even baby Mukhriz did not do so! He failed. He then complained that the provision in UMNO constitution, which he inserted, makes it difficult for Abdullah Ahmad to be challenged. Irony personified!
Now, he has ganged up with Muhyiddin Yasin and his old nemesis, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah to challenge Abdullah Ahmad. The guile of this man. Would make Nicollo Machiavelli proud, this one.
UMNO Baru/UMNO Lama/UMNO Asal whatever is a sinking ship because of Dr Mahathir. All this void in the party's leadership is caused by him. He never appreciate dissent. Any voice of rationale or dissent would be perceived as opposition and would quickly be killed off. UMNO "leadership" has always been, under Dr Mahathir, about listening to and following him and doing what he wants. That creates a big hole in its leadership. When Dr Mahathir left, UMNO was like a headless chicken. That is why UMNO is where it is now. It is not because of Abdullah Ahmad.
But the again, Dr Mahathir will never ever accept this fact.
1.3 Transfer of cases
Under the law the Attorney General has the power to transfer any criminal case from the lower Courts to the High Courts. I think the validity of this law has been argued and determined. It is apparently a valid law. This power is exercised at the sole discretion of the AG. He doesn't even need to give reasons for it. All he needs to do was to sign a certificate of transfer and that's it.
Now he wants Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy case to be transferred to the High Court. Apparently because of who Anwar is (whatever that means!) and because of public interest. Well let me tell you something Honourable AG. Nobody gives two hoots about Anwar's sexuality.
Frankly, this absolute power to transfer is unconstitutional, I think. It gives a lot of room for abuse. It even gives the possibility to the AG to choose a Judge. It should be struck down as unconstitutional because it transgresses the very basis of our legal and judicial system. An accused person is entitled to a fair trial in a Court not of the AG's choosing but in a Court which has the proper jurisdiction over the offence of which he is being accused.
That's my two cents' worth.
Selamat Berpuasa.

Will 916 Happened?
Frankly speaking I really hope for a change to happened in Malaysia. A different style of leadership especially. A dynamic and charismatic leadership like Tun M. When he left, he left a vacuum. And like a vacuum it began to suck everything down into a hole. Like a black hole. Everything especially UMNO is facing an implosion. Due to its own weight and inflexibility. It is sad to see such legacy went down in flames because of a few people who is too greedy.
When it comes to politics, I'm a realist. Come on, when you enter politics you would be doing 'unethical' actions to maintain your position. I bet during Tun M days corruption happens. But it is not that obvious. Majority Malaysians are happy, they can go to work and be proud to be a Malaysian because we are at the threshold of the global player. We are one rich nation. maybe not as rich as America but everyone look up at us. We are one of the 'Tigers of Asian'. What a proud times we had.
Then Pak Lah took over. That's when everything goes down hill.
Look guys, it isn't because of corruption actually that is bringing us down. It's Pak Lah incapability to lead Malaysia. UMNO must change their President-PERIOD.

916
As of today, it is 9 days to go for DSAI to take over Malaysia, if ever it would happened. And for days I've been scanning the web for any indication for defection. And the result: None.
The BN MPs still maintained their stand on standing steadfast behind Pak Lah. Anwar on the other had was so confident in taking over that there is alot of his followers believed that he will succeed. And on the other camp, Pak Lah had never been working that hard before. So, both people reaction is showing that the transfer of power will happen.
Then again I may be wrong. Cause the BN MPs had followed through the educational trip to Australia to study agriculture in Australia? Really? I never heard such trips before. And I we were supposed to be thrifty in our spending to be abroad. I bet the cost is quite staggering.
There's no indication of any plans to defect or one article had put that the plan had to be so secret, to keep PL in the dark. Thus can be using the Police and other agency to punish defectors. Logic.
Meanwhile in Jakarta, Anwar was asked to comment on the educational trip. He responded, we'll set it up after their back from the trip, maybe on the 17th Sept. His answer really hit me. Maybe this guy was bluffing. Like some heros in a movie that they tell the bad guy that he had a loaded gun, when in fact he had run out of bullets. Only to then take his enemy out using his kicks and knucles. He could be bluffing not only his followers (worshippers, some claimed) but he friends in PR bloc.
What's going on HERE?
I guess that's me being impatient. Only Allah knows. And time will tell who is going to have the last laugh. Haha!!

Lighting up the fuse
Prior to the day the opposition parties (mainly Gerakan and DAP) had denied the 2/3 majority from the Coalition Party (BN as it was known then), they went celebrating and chantting hateful racial remarks to the Malays; to this which the Malays reacted in rage. Thus began the ugliest Malaysian racial riot in history.
Who actually lit up the fuse wasn't recorded in history but it was the opposition that intiated it. Even thought the opposition claimed it was the Malays is the true culprit. That question is not to be answered in this article. But rather what that triggered it that is the main point of this writting: 'The hateful racial remarks'.
This was the factor that triggered the riot. Which if we were to look at what's happening now. Some party decided to use the same tactics to infuse the next 13th May. They wanted enrage the Malays and to divert them from the main issue of the defeat of the National Front-Incompetant Leadership.
All this racial remarks issue is to unite the Malays to go againts the chinese, mainly from DAP. Amazingly, DAP decided to utter not a single comment on the Bukit Bendera statement. They let the BN component party react towards it, mainly Gerakan and MCA. As if saying 'we just going to let you guys do the UMNO bashing now'. If the opposition was asked for reactions from the media, they will simply say, 'this is all UMNO's trap and we ain't falling for it'.
Rakyat had never seen such disfunction BN before. Thanks to the stubborn Pak Lah, the opposition has gain an extra political milage in the eyes of the Rakyat. Malays had lost their trust in UMNO. They began to look up at DSAI or PAS. They began to wonder if Tun M didn't disposed DSAI, we wouldn't have Pak Lah as PM but DSAI instead.
The simpliest way to regain the Rakyat's trust, UMNO has only had to do one thing, change their president. Even if that's means NTR will taking over. I do agreed with Tun M's analysis, the opposition isn't that strong, is just that the people hated Pak Lah. That's all. If Pak Lah were to step down, immediately, Rakyat will starts flocking back to BN and those who angry will tone down. The PR will looses its steam. The people's dissatifaction will cool down as the Malaysians people will, as usual, 'gives-chan' period to NTR to prove himself as a capable new PM.
That's all.
No racial riot is needed. All that Pak Lah had to do to regain the people's trust is to step down and gave the driver's seat to NTR as soon as possible. Since it is obviously, he is too sleepy to drive.
Unless staying in power is the ultimate gold, then no further words is needed accept: to brace ourselves!

Taxi. Taxi.
I had to attend a meeting at Selborn with the Policy department. I deliberately took a taxi there as Selborn was well known for lacking for parking space. Even those who work there had not given space to park their car. As I was in the cab with the driver I asked him about the fleet card that the government had promised to the taxi drivers. Given them the privilege of petrol subsidies to eases their burden on the new price hike. His answer didn't surprise me at all. He said that there was so much requirement that is needed, that it isn’t worth pursuing for. The announcement was not sincere in easing the burden of the rakyat. It’s just another of PL failed attempt at doing things right. When the people starts to complaint, he’ll blame the government servants for sure. Not supportive of his plans to ease the Rakyat’s burden.
Again, Pak Lah tries to calm the Rakyat with false hope that will in the end only traps himself. Sometimes I even wonder why he even try? He is not passionate in leading this nation. That’s the problem. Who said it was easy to become a PM? This again shows how weak a leader is Pak Lah. Oh! UMNO members please can't you see what that old man is doing to our country and the party?
I admit it that during Tun's time he was harsh; well the better word is strict. But the people prospered under his strong grip. That what made Tun's popularity all time high. Even in 1997 incident with the DSAI crisis, he still has strong supporters. He won the election with a slight decline in majority but he still riding high. The Bumis and non Bumis strongly supported him. PL? He lost two third of the parliamentary seats. Mr. Clean, konon! Mr. Sleepy more to it.
What is strange with Pak Lah case is that the people rejected him but the top rank seems to backed him all the way! This is weird. Why? This is a question that really baffled me. They know how the grass root felt but as if they choose to ignore the plead of the people as what happened in 1969.

Save UiTM, Oh! please...
All this talk on the Bumiputra quota in UiTM for me is more of a political hype. It's for both side. The opposition side and the government side. The rally by the UiTM students is phony. Some one with political motive must have sponsored the rally. What about the open up qouta for non-bumi for the JPA scholarship? Why they's no opposition for that move? The scholarship is guaranteed in the constitution, UiTM's quota isn't. The scholarship is truly Malays right. Why no one rise up to fully oppose it?
Funny, I heard the Vice Reactor said, "UiTM is The Last Malay Bastion?". My respond is 'What?'. Are we minorities in our own country? There were even banners that said, 'Save UiTM'. From whom I said. All this is just some theatrical play.
I'm not saying I agree with the Selangor MB, it just that I hate posers and hypocrites. When the statement was from an opposition side, you banged it down to a pulp but if the statement came from government side, suddenly, everyone thinks it is a good idea! That what makes my skin crawls! All this rally and press statement is one BIG BULLS**T.
I wonder if the students who were rallying really understands what is going on? By the way, where is the FRU? The Police? I want to say it again, "BULLS**T".
Then again we we look on the PKR side, UMNO had fallen into the trap that Khalid Ibrahim had sprung. He wanted to look good infront of the non-bumis and he did it. He made UMNO looked bad and anti-non bumis. Cool! I guest UMNO leaders didn't see that coming did they.
Come on, MB Selangor hasn't got the power to even touch the quota. Why all the 'melatah'? Ah! BULLS**T!

Soo.. Dumb
As well as anyone in Malaysia would have know today the word of the day is SODOM! an act which is condemned by Allah and by the Malaysian Law as it is now. But who knows the next decade if the this law still holds. It could be that next year, IF, I said IF we had a 'different' Prime Minister, he is fed up of this law and decided to expunged off the Malaysian civil law. It's kind of personal, he might say.
Still what is happening around DSAI is rather funny. The effort carried by I wonder who to pin DSAI down by using the 377B&C penal code is rather sloppy. The police can't seem to keep the report from reaching the public. As if they had internal sympathizers of DSAI. Don't get me wrong, I didn't like DSAI myself but what is happening around him is rather suspicious. Even for me who don't really understand law.
Look you guys (PM and co.), this is the 20th century. If you really want to frame anyone doing any crime, you must be throughout. But knowing Pak Lah, forget it. He open up the system then he try to screw it? Man, he is one Jack of an ASS!
Yes, even though people with law background had told me that by being a prime witness of the police, he (SaiFULL of Shit) kind of been offered by the police from being charge for the heinous act. Still, since it was reported as consensual, why isn't the Toy Boy SaiFULL of SHIT be Charged? I could understand it. This means that any particular prostitute can be willing be sodomised by anyone, then he/she can report to the police FIRST, then charge the sodomer for sodomy act? Well, actually, he wasn't paid as he/she was promised by the client or just for black mailing. Where is the sense in all of this?
Then again, DSAI might use the lime light for further enhance his public persona, to show to the rakyat that the government is evil and he should be made PM? Because I am sure he has the last card up his sleaves. Just at the last moment, he will stick it out and Lo, behold the case is dropped and PM and his collaborators will look even stupider then before and evil for trying to frame DSAI!
Man, the government is playing a dangerous game. They are playing DSAI's game. Making moves as just DSAI want it.
That's my analysis. Whether 16 September 2008 would happened as DSAI had planned it, that's up to Allah.
If UMNO doesn't bring Pak Lah down. All hope is lost for UMNO in PRU13. If there is UMNO at that moment in time.

Getting Hooked
Believe it or not this my first entry of my blog via my phone! Cool! Unblievable things that technology nowadays can do. I'm beginning to learn how to type using my new gadgetry that I just bought.
This phone had opened a new beginning to me in accessing the internet. I beginning to feel as if being a part of all this hi-tech thing. Today being part of the moving world. This piece of technology is so cool that I had wondered why I hadn't think of buying it before. 3 in 1, a laptop, a phone and a camera. That's of course what the eyes can see. I wonder what else this thing could do. MP3 player, data storage, wow1 this thing is great, it's like some small computer in your hand!
Now i can browse the internet where ever i am. Darn still trying to get to use this small keyboard. I going to love this phone.
I also hope this phone will boost my efficiency, no matter other might say i still hope this is a good investment. That all for this time. Maybe after this there will be entry from Lumut tomorrow. i'll be there like for 2 days for work. Signing off!

Polygamy
This is a sensitive issue, when you're in a conversation and involving women. I've once meet a women that really went up to the roof when this subject was mention and I maintain that this was something that women must condone. Whether they like it or not.
Personally, I think most people (women and some men) had misunderstood polygamy. Not that I'm trying to convince women (my wife) to agree that polygamy is not the ugly beast that some of them believe it to be. Polygamy is a special privilege which Allah had bestowed upon men. It may seem unfair. And most women, when discussing about polygamy said that, if their husband were to add another woman under his wings then the women must be in dire need of shelter and care. Not good looking but in need of protection from the male species. Again, if that condition did arise, the women wouldn't agree to it as well.
Yes, it is true. What women like polygamy. I mean, if I was created by Allah to become a woman, I may not condone polygamy as well. Then again, we must remember, polygamy is from Allah. We must differentiates the system and the person. It is two different thing entirely. One is a lifeless system, a privilege from Allah. It can do nothing, thus isn't to be blame and condemn. Then again, it is from Allah, who are we, mere mortals, subject of Allah to question His Almighty? Are we clever then Him? Do we know better?
The person who chose to polygamy is another different entity. He chooses freely to practise it. Thus he also agree to carry the extra weight on his shoulders to the afterlife. Let him be. But we also hope that he is "adil" to his wives. Take good care of his children. A full time dad, bread winner and husband. Wow! That's a lot of responsibility. But does men think through all these? I bet not many. Most of them dream of the glory and prestige of having more than one wife.
What prestige and glory? Yeah, some men are like that. They never actually think of all the responsibility that lies ahead in taking care of two, three or four wives at once. It a huge responsibility.
As for me? Two is enough to drive me up the wall. But still manageable. Would I go for it? Only Allah will determine that for me. If He thinks that I would do me good. He'll greased up the way to it. If not, then no matter how hard I try, He will never permit it. Which is better for me. I think I'll pass this one for my harem in Jannatul Firdaus when the time comes. I could wait. Besides, who knows how much time I had left in this world. My time maybe tomorrow, or may be just a few more hours, or minutes...

Petrol Price Hike

The day that PM announced the new subsidy structuring program, I was lost for words. Suddenly, I began to see that my visit frequency to see my wife had to be cut to once a month, which before was twice a month. Being a weekend husband was bad enough but soon I'm going to be monthly father! Thanks to the wise and generosity of our PM. Thank you Pak Lah!
I'm so disappointed with you. I imagined that the day you replaced Tun Dr. Mahathir will be a new era for Malaysia. A new society where corruption is the thing of the past. In fact the day I joint the civil service I was proud to join it during the time of Islam Hadari. Now I felt ashamed to admit it. I guest I'm wrong. You proved that I am wrong. Tun was 10 times better that you, Pak Lah. He may be a hard man to please but at least he made us proud to be Malaysian.
You made us proud by providing a petrol that is slightly lower than Singapore, Thailand and Philippines. I wonder how much does the petrol cost in Vietnam and Laos. They must cause higher than us. Then again they are not one of the miracle economy of South East Asia to begin with.
Now, I wish I could punch you in your smiling face, smiling happily while the people suffered. All that you did with the four stupid steps that leads to nothing rather than an insult to the intelligence of the Malaysians. What do you thinks of us Pak Lah? Cows? If you aren't a moslem I would have not felt this angry. At least I know where would you be after you are dead. But you're a moslem and that's a problem for me. Since, Allah is most forgiving but sorry to say it is not so with your people. They are angry and cursing you every single day and every time they talk about the new oil price. I guest I don't have to add more on those curses since, they are more than enough for you to bring it back to see the Almighty.

All I wanted to see is that during the UMNO assembly, they are people, members of the party would have risen up and replace you. I was thinking of giving my full support for Mahyudin Yassin, since now a days he seems to be the most sane person around in the top post of UMNO.
I have enogh of you Pak Lah, you are simply STUPID! You don't know how to run a GREAT NATION like MALAYSIA. You're unworthy to lead this great country. I HATE YOU!!
Allah, please, take that buffoon of a leader of the PM post. Please Allah, replace him with a far better leader to lead my country and the MALAY people.
You brought nothing to your people except misery.
Still, when I think of it again, we brought upon this all on ourselves. We were the ones that gave him the power to rule over us. We have our own selves to blame. The best action is together lets KICK DA FELLA OUT!!
HIDUP UMNO! TURUN PAK LAH!!

The Arrival of A New Caliph
I was attending a course in Malacca last March. During the lunch break I received a call from my wife. She said, "Hubby, I've got some news to tell you. I'm pregnant!"
I almost choked on my buttered prawn and stood up suddenly, startling my lunch buddies, "You What!?". I quickly ran out to look for privacy space. "Honey, you're not joking right?"
Gosh, I felt nothing. I was surprised that's all. Am I excited no. Just nothing. I guest I never been a dad before so, I kind of unsure how to react to the news. But one thing's for sure I was smiling all day and nothing seems to be able to make sad or angry.
As well in March, finally, I was able to meet my hero - Faisal Tehrani!! I could believe it. It was so surreal. Me and FT together in a picture. I had no words to describe my feelings that day.
Referring back to the new Caliph, I already had a name for the baby. Whether if its a boy or a girl. And how I'm not going to spoil the fun. Wait after 8 months time, by that time everyone will be wanting to have the privilege of naming the guy. Hey, get your baby, okey? This one is ours but I'm the one that will choose the name (cool!). So, let's wait than.

Historical Result!!
Even thou the event had already took place and the dust almost settles, I still felt that I must type something in my blog. This is history and it happened during my life time.
Yes, I am talking about the election PRU12. Something unexpected happened and I could not believe it up till now. I could never have imagine that someday the Selangor State will be in the opposition hands. I stayed up until 4 am just to know the result for Selangor State Assembly but just a few Parliamentary and State had been announced. I began to speculate a split decision. You know like 50-50 or some kind of recount. When RTM, TV3 and even Astro Awani stop broadcasting, I decided to call it a day (what a day!).
Then at 7am I woke up and couldn't believe my eyes and ears, we are going to have a new MB!! Still I did not know who won the most seat. I was expecting DAP but then hope PAS had more. I had to log in to SPR website to finally get the official result as none of the news station had reported the actual result. The reason? I could not figure it out. Maybe there is some concern that riots might broke out if the masses knew the opposition had won?
It was historical result, Penang, Kedah and Kelantan had seen that the opposition party had a landslide victory. I pitied the 'almost-MB' of Kelantan, YB Awang Adek who clearly was shaken by the result. A clear indication that he had lost a lot of money. Just imagine all those money invested in bring in outside voters, then they decided to vote for the opposition. I just couldn't held back my amusement.
Then the Coalition wanted even to employ outside consultant to tell them why did the Coalition Front had lost 5 states to the opposition. My answer to their question was fairly simple, it the small issues that you failed to solved that is the problem. All that the PM said was about development. While all that the people wanted was welfare of the small people. They forgotten about the issue of free education that he promised to the people but then they ended up paying more then they were paying last year! Oh, yeah, not forgetting the petroleum price hike, not once 3 times during his administration. Oh? Did they forget that one too. Gosh, Malay people are forgetful lot. Thank god the masses didn't.
Up to now, the MB of Terengganu and Perlis had not been elected. The UMNO people had labeled DAP as being 'biadap' but then Hadi Awang replied, the ones nominated by PM are one that the Sultan didn't condone. Hah, take that one shot at the face UMNO!! Calling the cattle black.
Then again this transition might be momentarily, then when the next election comes, the votes swings back to the Coalitions. As it happened in Terengganu. The voters just wanted to punish them for being an imbecile and egoistic maniacs. Hope that Najib will win the UMNO President post this coming September. Yes, I'm beginning to envision YAB Dato' Seri Najib as the next PM. Am I with the opposition? Nope, I'm a thinker. A thinker does have any political orientation, just saying what's is right and what is wrong. Who do I vote for? That's a secret that only SPR knew. Hahaha!! Some secret.

All We Need is Love
Last night I was invited to a talk on the concept of 'Ibu Bapa'. I still does not really why every time this topic was high lighted I just can't hold back my tears. As I felt that this is the one aspect of my life which I find that I could do more. And I wished that I could do more.
There new knowledge. No, a review on the topic. I already heard this aspect but last night I was cleared by the speaker. He emphasized that, when you love someone you will also must learn to love those and things that he/she loves. As that is the true measurement of love. If you love him but cannot love those that he loves then you feelings are not yet perfect.
Then again what if you parents are more inclined towards a certain siblings? They aren't being fair in giving up their love? Then, there is nothing that you could do but accept it and try to love the ones that your parents love. Love those that your parents love. Unless, it is against the 'Syaraq' then there is restriction to the extend of your feelings.
This concept extent to the concept of love to the Holy Prophet and also to Allah. Love Allah those that He love, that means loving the holy Prophet Muhammad SAW and also his Ahlul Bait and companions. Love that all that the Prophet loves. Maybe after that then that Allah will starts to love you.

Hijab
Ibnu A'taillah had wrote in his 'Hikam' that Allah can never be cover by hijab or veil but instead it is us that is covered under the 'Hijab'. It is because if Allah is covered that there is some 'thing' that is superior that Allah and that is impossible. Thus it logical that we are the ones that is veiled upon.
Now the question is, what does it means by the hijab? What is it? I don't know the lingual aspect of the word but the hijab had blocked our sight of Allah. Now, there this one catch, we cannot see or hear or feel the present of Allah. So, some people said that the veil is for our own good. If we were to refer to the story of Prophet Moses that asked to see Allah, Allah reply to his plead that I would just show you what happened if I were to show let a little tiny bit of me to a mountain. As Allah showed himself, just a little, tiny bit, the mountain had blew itself to tiny pieces. Moses after that never did insist in seeing his Lord.
Yes, that is seeing Allah physically. Then again, if you were to refered to as seeing Allah spiritually, the hijab could be a system. A tightly meticulously interwoven system that inhibited
our spirit to see Allah. Which is in Tasawuf lore known as Adat. Adat is a believe or a way of thinking that came out of repetition. Like something heavy will always falls down due to gravity or thing that is young will one day become old or if you touch a flame, you'll burned yourself. Now all of this is called 'Adat'. Knowledge or facts that is known by observing an event that repeats itself or can be reproduce else where. This system of thinking doesn't always stand. As been decribed in the Holy Qur'an many times. One such event is relating to Prophet Ibrahim or Abraham. He thrown into a blazing gigantic fire for his faith but then Allah had commanded the flame to remain cool and comforting for Ibrahim. Thus this is one example where the system is disrupted by Allah.
When the system is disrupted by Allah, men can see Allah. They see with their own eyes that there is a more power being that controls this very existence. If Allah disrupt His system of adat all the time then it would confused men like ourselves. This world as we know it would become 'unpredictable'. And this predictability of the world is the veil that shrouded men sight of Allah.
Then some might ask,"Why doesn't Allah show Himself often? Because by doing so, more people can become better Muslims? As everyone will consciously said 'Insya-Allah' and mean it." Well, Allah did not want that to happened. As the main reason we're here is to be tested by Him. Even if He show himself often then usual, still there are some that never believed in him as been shown in the Qur'an, again and again.
"It is the same whether you remind him or not. For they will never heed your warning (Muhammad)."
